Spillage cleaning

Unibelt’s CLEANING chains are installed under the conveyors to recover material coming out and to contain powder. They can be adapted to any kind of conveyor, including existing ones.
In this case the driving element has calibrated ring chains in line with DIN standards and a special spheroidal cast iron hopper divided into two halves.
Recovered material can be discharged into the unloading hopper of the conveyor or introduced again in the stopper area.
A single solution that ensures thorough cleaning for the return section of the conveyors.
